The most common reason projects stall is not a missing strategy: it is that the strategy never gets implemented. The consultant hands over a list of changes, the development team has other priorities, and six months later the audit is exactly as valid as the day it was delivered.
I do both. I find the technical problem and I write the code for it, without having to explain to anyone why it matters and without waiting for someone to free up time. If it affects SEO, I know how to build it.

Every month you have access to a shared document with the tasks completed, the analyses finished and the decisions taken, with the reasoning behind them. It is not a forty-page report full of vanity charts: it is the record of what happened and what comes next.
I work with the access you already have — Search Console, Analytics, your CMS, your server — and I fit into the processes you already run. No imposing new tools or methodologies that do not match your reality.

What “one hour a day” means. It is a monthly average, not a timetable. Some weeks are one long implementation and some are analysis; what you contract is the total time for the month, spread wherever it is most needed.
Why 3 hours is the cap. Real capacity: I work with few projects at a time because it is the only way to genuinely know each one. If yours needs more, I will tell you on the first call rather than accept it and spread myself thin.
Prices exclude VAT. The final figure is confirmed in writing before starting.

In the first two weeks I run a full technical analysis that serves as the starting point and the initial roadmap.

FAQ
What people ask before hiring
How many hours does the service include?
As many as you contract. The model is one hour of daily work per month for each tier, up to three hours a day. The calculator on this page gives you the exact price of each option.
Why is three hours a day the maximum?
Real capacity. I work with a small number of projects at a time because that is the only way to genuinely know each of them. If your project needs more than I can give it, I will tell you on the first call rather than accept it and spread myself thin.
Do I need my own technical team?
No. I handle both strategy and implementation. If you already have an in-house development team I coordinate with them; if you do not, I do that part myself.
Which CMS and technologies do you work with?
My speciality is WordPress, custom PHP, Shopify and PrestaShop, but I work with any stack, including modern frameworks such as Next.js, React or Angular and headless architectures. If there is code involved it can be optimised, whether that means working on the server or on the output HTML.
How long until results show?
It depends on the project and on how much time goes into it. There is no magic wand, and any timeline I gave you without having seen your site would be invented. Tell me about it on a call and I will be honest with you.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. I do not like holding clients with contracts: they stay for the results or they do not stay.
