2. Purpose and acceptance
These General Terms of Use (hereinafter, the Terms) govern access to and use of the Website. For these purposes, the Website means both the external appearance of its interfaces —including the navigation tree— and all the elements integrated into them (the Content), as well as the online services or resources offered (the Services).
Browsing the Website makes you a User and means that you accept these Terms in the version published at that moment. Since they may change, the effective date is shown at the very top, so you can tell whether you have read the right one.
The owner reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation, configuration, Content and Services of the Website, as well as to interrupt, deactivate or cancel any of them.
Access to the Website is free of charge, except for the cost of the connection the User has contracted with their own provider. Certain Content or Services may require prior registration.

The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with the law, morality, public order and these Terms, and not to harm the rights of third parties or the operation of the Website itself. Specifically, and without limitation, the User shall refrain from:
- Crawling the Website with a frequency or concurrency that degrades the service for other visitors, or deliberately ignoring the directives published in
/robots.txt. - Attempting to access restricted areas, forcing paths, enumerating parameters, or removing, altering or circumventing any technical protection measure.
- Massively and systematically extracting the Content in order to rebuild it, republish it or feed third-party products.

The owner does not guarantee the continuity, availability or usefulness of the Website, the Content or the Services. He will do what is reasonable to keep everything working, but accepts no liability for access being uninterrupted or error-free.

- Every environment is different. An
.htaccessdirective that is correct on an Apache server withAllowOverride Allmay return a500on another. An Nginx block is not an Apache block. A redirect rule tested on staging has not been tested on your production site. - Test it first. It is the User's sole responsibility to validate any code in a test environment and to have a backup before applying it to a live site.
- The Website's tools are for guidance only. The generators, analysers and validators produce output that must be reviewed manually. They are not a substitute for a diagnosis or an audit.
- Nothing published constitutes professional advice provided to the User. Educational content is educational content; consulting is contracted separately and has its own terms.
The owner shall not be liable for any loss of traffic, rankings, revenue, data or availability arising from the User's application of any code, configuration or recommendation published on the Website.
